Australian Shipping Details

At Patrizicorse, we’re happy to ship our products to you across Australia!

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping on many retail orders over $150.00 Australia-wide.
  • Exclusions: Please note that free shipping does not apply to:
    • Complete karts
    • Vortex Engines
    • Rolling chassis
    • Gift voucher redemptions
    • Individual Lecont tyre sets
    • Classified Dangerous Goods (eg. Panta Fuel)
    • Trade and Wholesale orders.

Shipping Costs for Specific Items:

  • New Chassis: A flat shipping fee of $225 will be applied. We will contact you after your purchase to arrange payment for shipping..
  • Discounted or Used Chassis: Shipping costs will be calculated based on a quote from the courier. We will contact you with the shipping cost.
  • Panta Fuel: Standard shipping charges will apply, plus a $75 dangerous goods fee. We will contact you after your purchase to arrange payment for shipping.
  • Single Lecont Tyre Sets and Vortex Engines: A flat shipping fee of $31 per item will be applied at checkout (this is labeled as “Australia Wide Shipping”).
  • Box Quantity Lecont Products: The price listed for box quantities of Lecont products includes shipping Australia-wide.

How Free Shipping Works with Lecont Tyre Sets:

  • For retail customers purchasing single Lecont tyre sets, free shipping will apply to the additional items in your order only if the total value of the additional items exceeds $150.

Delivery Times:

  • We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders received before 12 PM AEST (Monday – Friday) are generally dispatched on the same day.

Under 5kg (Air):

All Capital Cities: 1-2 Business Days

Over 5 Kg (Road):

Brisbane: Next Business Day

Sydney: Next Business Day

Melbourne: 2 Business Days

Adelaide: 3-4 Business Days

Perth: 5-7 Business Days

Darwin: 7+ Business Days

Important Notes:

  • Large Residential Deliveries: For parcels over 30kg being delivered to a residential address, a manual handling fee (MHF) may apply. If this occurs, Patrizicorse reserves the right to pass this cost on to the customer.
  • Redelivery Fees: Unless we are advised otherwise, we request from our couriers that deliveries require a signature on delivery. If items are not able to be accepted and require redeliver, we reserve the right to pass on any fees associated with this process.

 

NZ SHIPPING

We love our neighbours across the ditch! We pride ourselves on being able to provide your goods quickly using our fast and reliable shipping partner DHL! Freight costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:

All orders shipped to New Zealand will be shipped with DHL Express. They advise a 2-3 business day delivery to most areas in New Zealand.

Customs/Duties:

For orders to our Bro’s over the Ditch orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes. Patrizicorse has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Patrizicorse will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Patrizicorse will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping Details

All orders shipped internationally will be shipped with DHL Express.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary and are country dependant however this is an express service. We can assure you if anyone can get your goods to you fast, DHL can.

 

Customs/Duties:

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Patrizicorse cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Patrizicorse will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Every country has their own customs department, the easiest way to locate and contact them is to use Google and type in: “Customs and import duties – followed by the name of your country” and you will be able to navigate to the appropriate site and contact them to complete the delivery.

 

DANGEROUS GOODS DECLARATION:

Patrizicorse takes all necessary steps and paperwork in regards to the transportation of dangerous goods seriously.

We comply with the regulations of sending ‘DG’ and ensure the safe handling of potentially hazardous items on their journey to your door.

Items considered as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents and aerosols. DG items will not be sent on Air transport and there will be additional charges applied for all goods deemed ‘DG’.

If your order consist of multiple items including ‘DG’ we may take the decision to split your order. This does not slow down the handling time frame of your order, it just means the DG goods may take a little longer to reach you. This can all be followed on your live tracking of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of DG items as all necessary paperwork does not cover return freight. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, the dangerous goods legislation prevents us from shipping DG products internationally.

 

Considerations

Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.

If you order after 12pm, orders may be processed the following business day.

Dispatch is based on items leaving our Gold Coast warehouse.

Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.

We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and make your day for the inconvenience. If you don’t have stock its not because we don’t want to stock it, its because there are delays from our suppliers or their suppliers.

Return policy

Patrizicorse has a strict 15 Day returns Policy from the time the goods were delivered to you the customer. Any returns made by a Dealer/Trade account holder regardless of the 15 Day time frame will incur a 25% re-stocking surcharge.

Unless we’ve made an error, return and replacement costs are to be payed by the customer. All returns not due to error on behalf of Patrizicorse will be reimbursed in form of store credit. All international sales have a strict no return policy.

SALE ITEMS

Any item on sale is reduced to clear our warehouse fast to make way for new and exciting products! As such, we have a strict NO RETURNS – NO REFUND policy on clearance items.

Order Status & Tracking

You will get an email once your order is packed containing your tracking details. Tracking for the item may not be available until the evening of shipment, so be sure to keep check in later if you can’t see any updates straight away.
