Australian Shipping Details

We at Patrizicorse are proud to offer nation-wide, free shipping on all retail orders over $150.00. There are NO catches, NO fine print, NO surcharges, NO exclusions. Just good old-fashioned FREE freight. We ship everywhere! And some-time we wish we could follow the Parcel for our own holiday.
Patrizicorse offers an express shipping option

We use TNT express for most of our shipping and Aramax Couriers or Australia Post.

All Kart orders not included in Free Freight. Please enquire for a freight quote

Delivery Times:

We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but awesome. We appreciate your business and will always give extra value as a gesture of this appreciation.
ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 2PM MON-FRI are DISPATCHED ON THE SAME DAY.

Delivery times vary around Australia, however when placing your order on Patrizicorse.com depending on your freight option you are provided with an estimated delivery time.

Due to Covid-19 (I know we are over talking about it as well) freight companies have amended there freight charges quite significantly. On the odd occasion Larger Parcels over 30kg sent to a Residential address will be charged a MHF (manual Handling Fee). If this is the case Patrizicorse has the right to pass these costs onto the customer. Redelivery charges will also be passed on to trade/retail customers who choose “Signature required” and are not there to receive their goods.

NZ SHIPPING

New Zealand Shipping Details

For standard 5-10 day deliveries to NZ we have a flat rate of $25 for orders under 3kg For Larger orders and complete Kart purchases, please call to arrange delivery of these goods. Express shipping using DHL Express can be arranged and we guarantee, or prices are extremely competitive.

Delivery Times:

All orders shipped to New Zealand will be shipped with DHL Express. They advise a 2-3 business day delivery to most areas in New Zealand.

Customs/Duties:

For orders to our Bro’s over the Ditch orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes. Patrizicorse has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Patrizicorse will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Patrizicorse will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping Details

All orders shipped internationally will be shipped with DHL Express.

Delivery Times:

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic only DHL express is available. Delivery times vary country dependant however this is an express service. We can assure you if anyone can get your goods to you fast DHL can.

 

Customs/Duties:

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Patrizicorse cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Patrizicorse will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Every country has their own customs department, the easiest way to locate and contact them is to use Google and type in: “Customs and import duties – followed by the name of your country” and you will be able to navigate to the appropriate site and contact them to complete the delivery.

DANGEROUS GOODS DECLARATION:

Patrizicorse takes all necessary steps and paperwork in regards to the transportation of dangerous goods seriously.

We comply with the regulations of sending ‘DG’ and ensure the safe handling of potentially hazardous items on their journey to your door.

Items considered as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents and aerosols. DG items will not be sent on Air transport and there will be additional charges applied for all goods deemed ‘DG’.

If your order consist of multiple items including ‘DG’ we may take the decision to split your order. This does not slow down the handling time frame of your order, it just means the DG goods may take a little longer to reach you. This can all be followed on your live tracking of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of DG items as all necessary paperwork does not cover return freight. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, the dangerous goods legislation prevents us from shipping DG products internationally.

Considerations

Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.

If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day.

Dispatch is based on items leaving our Gold Coast warehouse.

Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.

We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and make your day for the inconvenience. If you don’t have stock its not because we don’t want to stock it, its because there are delays from our suppliers or their suppliers.

Return policy

Patrizicorse has a strict 15 Day returns Policy from the time the goods were delivered to you the customer. Any returns made by a Dealer/Trade account holder regardless of the 15 Day time frame they will incur a 20% re-stocking surcharge.
All Inbound and outboun costs are to be Bourne by the customer. Unless the return is due to an error on behalf of Patrizicorse.

Returns not due to error on behalf of Patrizicorse will be reimbersed in form of store credit.

 

Order Status & Tracking

You can check the status of your order and track any dispatched consignments from Your Account (you will also get an email with a tracking link when the item is dispatched).
