Australian Shipping Details

We at Patrizicorse are proud to offer nation-wide, free shipping on selected retail orders over $150.00. We ship everywhere! And some-time we wish we could follow the Parcel for our own holiday.
Patrizicorse offers an express shipping option

We use all major freight couriers. Including TNT, Startrack, Direct Freight, GKR Transport, Aramax and Australia Post.

All Complete Karts and Rolling Chassis orders are not included in Free Freight. A flat rate of $225 for new chassis (RRP) will be applied on checkout. Freight for discounted or used chassis will be calculated and charged as per courier quote.

Standard shipping charges and a dangerous goods charge of $68.18 will apply to all Panta Fuel purchases. This will be calculated after purchase of goods and customer will be contacted to settle shipping charges.

Free shipping is not valid on Gift Voucher redemption purchases.

All Single Lecont set tyres are excluded from free freight.  A flat rate of $31 will be applied on checkout (Lecont Shipping)

All Box qty Lecont products, Price includes freight Australia Wide.

How the $150 Free freight works.

For retail customers purchasing Lecont tyre sets free shipping will only apply on all other products totalling over $150 spend.

We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but awesome. We appreciate your business and will always give extra value as a gesture of this appreciation.

ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 12PM MON-FRI are DISPATCHED ON THE SAME DAY.

Delivery times vary around Australia, however when placing your order on Patrizicorse.com depending on your freight option you are provided with an estimated delivery time.

On the odd occasion Larger Parcels over 30kg sent to a Residential address will be charged a MHF (manual Handling Fee). If this is the case Patrizicorse has the right to pass these costs onto the customer. Redelivery charges will also be passed on to trade/retail customers who choose “Signature required” and are not there to receive their goods.

NZ SHIPPING

We love our neighbours across the ditch! We pride ourselves on being able to provide your goods quickly using our fast and reliable shipping partner DHL! Freight costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:

All orders shipped to New Zealand will be shipped with DHL Express. They advise a 2-3 business day delivery to most areas in New Zealand.

Customs/Duties:

For orders to our Bro’s over the Ditch orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes. Patrizicorse has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Patrizicorse will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Patrizicorse will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping Details

All orders shipped internationally will be shipped with DHL Express.

Delivery Times:

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic only DHL express is available. Delivery times vary and are country dependant however this is an express service. We can assure you if anyone can get your goods to you fast, DHL can.

 

Customs/Duties:

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Patrizicorse cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Patrizicorse will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Every country has their own customs department, the easiest way to locate and contact them is to use Google and type in: “Customs and import duties – followed by the name of your country” and you will be able to navigate to the appropriate site and contact them to complete the delivery.

DANGEROUS GOODS DECLARATION:

Patrizicorse takes all necessary steps and paperwork in regards to the transportation of dangerous goods seriously.

We comply with the regulations of sending ‘DG’ and ensure the safe handling of potentially hazardous items on their journey to your door.

Items considered as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents and aerosols. DG items will not be sent on Air transport and there will be additional charges applied for all goods deemed ‘DG’.

If your order consist of multiple items including ‘DG’ we may take the decision to split your order. This does not slow down the handling time frame of your order, it just means the DG goods may take a little longer to reach you. This can all be followed on your live tracking of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of DG items as all necessary paperwork does not cover return freight. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, the dangerous goods legislation prevents us from shipping DG products internationally.

Considerations

Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.

If you order after 12pm, orders may be processed the following business day.

Dispatch is based on items leaving our Gold Coast warehouse.

Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.

We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and make your day for the inconvenience. If you don’t have stock its not because we don’t want to stock it, its because there are delays from our suppliers or their suppliers.

Return policy

Patrizicorse has a strict 15 Day returns Policy from the time the goods were delivered to you the customer. Any returns made by a Dealer/Trade account holder regardless of the 15 Day time frame will incur a 25% re-stocking surcharge.

Unless we’ve made an error, return and replacement costs are to be payed by the customer. All returns not due to error on behalf of Patrizicorse will be reimbersed in form of store credit.

SALE ITEMS

Any item on sale is reduced to clear our warehouse fast to make way for new and exciting products! As such, we have a strict NO RETURNS – NO REFUND policy on clearance items.

Order Status & Tracking

You will get an email once your order is packed containing your tracking details. Tracking for the item may not be available until the evening of shipment, so be sure to keep check in later if you can’t see any updates straight away.
