Terms and Conditions – PC Paddock Club

PC PADDOCK CLUB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the PC Paddock Club, the loyalty rewards program for Patrizicorse.com. By creating an account and participating in the program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Membership is free and open to retail customers only. 1.2. A valid email address is required to join. 1.3. Membership is limited to one account per individual. Commercial or “reseller” accounts may be excluded from the program at Patrizicorse’s discretion. 1.4. By joining, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding your points balance and tier status.

2. TIERS & EARNING RATES

The program consists of three tiers. Tier status is determined by your total eligible spend over a Rolling 12-Month Period.

Tier 1: Club Champ

  • Entry: Free upon sign-up.

  • Earn Rate: 2 Points per $1 spent.

Tier 2: State Champ

  • Entry: $1,000 AUD eligible spend within a rolling 12-month period.

  • Earn Rate: 3 Points per $1 spent.

Tier 3: National Champ

  • Entry: $3,000 AUD eligible spend within a rolling 12-month period.

  • Earn Rate: 6 Points per $1 spent.

2.1. Rolling Period: Your tier status is dynamic. It is calculated daily based on your total spend over the preceding 365 days. If your spend drops below the threshold for your current tier, you may be downgraded to the appropriate tier.

3. EARNING POINTS

3.1. Points are earned from 01/01/26 on “Eligible Spend” only. 3.2. Calculation: Points are calculated on the product total after discounts and before shipping/taxes are applied. 3.3. Exclusions: Points cannot be earned or redeemed on Gift Card Purchases.

Ways to Earn:

  • Social Follows: 100 Points for Instagram / 100 Points for Facebook (One time only via the rewards widget).

  • Reviews: 100 Points for a verified Google Review (Limit: One per customer/order).

  • Referrals: Referrer earns 1,000 Points only when the referred friend (a new customer) completes their first purchase. The referred friend receives a $10 voucher.

4. REDEMPTION OF POINTS

4.1. Points can be redeemed directly at checkout on Patrizicorse.com. 4.2. Exchange Rate: 100 Points = $1.00 AUD discount. 4.3. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 4.4. Points cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders.

5. TIER BENEFITS

5.1. Priority Dispatch (Tier 2 & 3): Orders placed by State and National Champ members are flagged for “Priority Picking” in our warehouse. This ensures your order is packed first in the queue. It does not guarantee courier delivery times.

5.2. Shipping Upgrade (Tier 3 Only): National Champ members receive a complimentary upgrade to Express/Premium shipping services.

  • Condition: This benefit applies only to orders under 5kg in cubic or dead weight. Heavy or bulky items (karts, stands, lead) remain on standard freight.

5.3. Birthday Bonuses:

  • Tier 2: $20 Voucher.

  • Tier 3: $50 Voucher.

  • The voucher is issued on your Pc Paddock Club dashboard on the date of your birthday specified and is valid for 30 days. You must have your birth date registered in your account.

5.4. Exclusive Merchandise (Tier 3): The “Premium PC Paddock Club Hat” is a one-time reward issued upon reaching Tier 3 status.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

6.1. If you return an item for a refund, the points earned on that item will be deducted from your balance. 6.2. If a refund causes your 12-month spend to drop below a Tier Threshold, your Tier Status may be adjusted downward. 6.3. If you used points to pay for an order that is subsequently returned, those points will be credited back to your account.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1. Patrizicorse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the PC Paddock Club program, earn rates, or benefits at any time without prior notice. 7.2. Any abuse of the program (including creating multiple accounts to farm referral bonuses or review points) will result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all points. 7.3. Points have no cash value outside of their redemption utility on Patrizicorse.com and are only valid for online use.
